Bravo Plumbing was able to diagnose the issue over the phone and even gave me the steps to fix it myself free of charge. On their advice, I went and bought the needed piece and repaired it myself. I was definitely surprised to see a company try to help out the customer to such a degree. Will definitely be going back to them for any other plumbing issues."
